Required to cover maternity leave from 8 July 2024 to potentially 4 October 2025, and to work within our busy reception area as a part-time Administrator/Receptionist.
The position involves a mixture of administrative support and reception duties. The post holder will play a key part in answering general incoming telephone calls and visitor enquiries and liaising with pupils and parents and will need to balance general duties with providing comprehensive administrative support to a mixture of staff, including some senior management. Building up a good general knowledge of the workings of the school is a key requisite for the success of this post.
Some duties outside of reception may be included, with flexibility on the postholders part being essential to this post.
The closing date for applications is Monday 29 April 2024, at 9.00am. Interviews are likely to be later in the week or early the following week, at Princethorpe College.

Interested candidates should ideally have experience in a similar position and will have excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills; the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines in a fast-paced environment; will be articulate, friendly, professional and well presented, and a team player. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, are essential.
