    The Princethorpe Foundation

    Required to start in January 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter, we seek to recruit a full-time Foundation Office PA to join our friendly and professional team to provide secretarial and administrative support for the Foundation Office, which comprises a group of senior leaders.

    The Foundation Office PA must be able to operate independently to ensure the operational effectiveness and continuity of support services. This requires the ability to plan carefully and anticipate possible outcomes.

    Comprehensive training and induction will be given. This will include meeting various people across the Foundation and at the different schools to gain a good understanding of the requirements of the Foundation.

    A close, efficient and effective working relationship between the senior leaders within the Foundation Office and the PA is essential in order that the many decisions and actions are dealt with promptly at the appropriate level.

    This is a full-time 37.5 hour a week post, required to work all year round, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm including a 60 minute unpaid break. The role is based at Princethorpe College.

    The starting salary for this role is between MA17 and MB2 of the Princethorpe Foundation pay scales, £36,293 and £41,073 per annum full-time equivalent by negotiation, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

    Benefits include 28 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays (pro rata). The Foundation operates a full site closure between Christmas and New Year; these three days are not required to be taken from the holiday entitlement.
