We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working and creative team player to join the Foundation’s Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) Team as Foundation Marketing Assistant from September 2025.
The Foundation Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the department. You will help deliver the Foundation’s wide-ranging marketing and admissions strategy and promotional activity, across our three Foundation schools and nursery plus key Foundation departments - Commercial Enterprise and Development and Alumni Relations.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the Foundation’s websites and digital media are up to date, they will help create on brand content, assist with the preparation and delivery of key events and marketing materials, and provide regular information on marketing activity to further drive our strategy.
The post holder will have excellent organisational and communication skills, an interest in independent schools marketing, an understanding of social media trends, a flexible approach and the ability to manage a varied workload. They will be a self-starter, friendly, professional and able to work in a busy environment and build good relationships.
This role could suit a new graduate, or someone looking to springboard a marketing career or seeking a new challenge and change of direction; what is key is the willingness to throw themselves into the role, to get to know our schools and their people and to have a genuine empathy with our ethos.
