    Rowland Johnson

    [ITEM_ROLE]

    Qualifications:

B.COM Accounting, MSocSc Business & Finance, Birmingham University

    Profile:

I was founder and CEO of Nettitude, an international cyber security company, that was formed in Warwickshire in 2003.  I stepped down from this role in 2021, after is was acquired by Lloyds Register and then Goldman Sachs.  Since this date, I have taken on a series of Non Exec and Chairman roles, and I am President of CREST, a not for profit organisation that is focused on building capability,  capacity and consistency in the cyber workforce.

I have a real sense of creativity and innovation, and love to be involved in building things, whether that is houses, businesses or cars.  In more recent years, farming has provided a great balance to corporate life, and it is something I am able to get actively involved in with my family.  I love adventure and fitness, and have trekked to Everest basecamp, as well as the summit of Kilimanjaro.

I am married to Kerry, and we have 4 children, all of whom are, or have been, part of the Princethorpe foundation.  The experience in both Crackley Hall and Princethorpe College has been exceptional and I am delighted to have an opportunity to support the foundation, in the capacity of Trustee.
