    Loretta Curtis

    [ITEM_ROLE]

Loretta joined the College initially as Admissions Secretary in November 1997 later becoming Registrar. Her son, Michael, arrived at Princethorpe in September 1995 so had a head start when it came to finding the way around the building. With a background as secretary at a school in Rugby, events management and experience in the retail environment Loretta brought a wealth of experience to her role. The position of Registrar begins with the initial contact enquiry from a parent through to entrance examinations and commencement of the child at school. In 2015 Loretta decided to step down from the role of Registrar and was offered a part-time position as Development Assistant in the newly created Development Office. This has enabled Loretta, with her colleagues in the office, to raise funds for bursary awards and the new science centre. Outside of Princethorpe Loretta and her husband, Paul, have two grown up sons and two grandchildren. She enjoys family get-togethers, reading, gardening and travel.
