What are some of your favourite memories of your time at school?
The Crescent Year 6 Leavers Assembly, singing ‘One More Step Along The World I Go’, definitely holds a special place in my heart. I also had some amazing times at Princethorpe, including the infamous Year 8 production and the Year 9 Holland hockey tour!

Were there any teachers or staff who had a significant impact on you?
So many of the staff at The Crescent and Princethorpe had a positive impact on me, including Mrs Clayton (Reception), Mrs Webb (Year 6), Mr Fitt (Years 10-11) and Dr Peaple (Sixth Form). The diversity of the teachers is something that makes the school so special.

How did your time at school influence your life and career?
The Crescent and Princethorpe taught me that it’s cool to be passionate about things and to focus your energy into what you enjoy. I think the ‘family’ feeling of the school never leaves you and I’m proud that so many of my year group are still close friends today.

    What is your current occupation?
I am a Change Delivery Project Manager at Barclays Corporate Bank. I deliver strategic and regulatory change into the business, working with stakeholders globally across the bank.

What hobbies or interests do you have outside of your professional life?
I love challenging myself with Reformer Pilates but balancing it out with some indulgent food, either trying out new recipes at home or venturing out to my favourite restaurants.

What motivated you to join the alumni committee?
There’s something really special about The Foundation and I’m so grateful for my time at the school that it only feels right to continue to support it.

How do you hope to contribute to the school community through the alumni committee?
I hope to be able to bring a fresh perspective and help bring more of the school community together for events and celebrations. I’d love to help keep alumni more connected.
