What are some of your favourite memories of your time at school?
Sports for sure! The training sessions, matches and tournaments - I loved it all. The sports trips especially, I got to go on the South Coast Tour, Holland and the South Africa trip, all of which were amazing experiences. We also abseiled from the tower which was a pretty crazy day!

Were there any teachers or staff who had a significant impact on you?
It's hard to pick, so I'll be generic and say: all of the Sports Department!

How did your time at Princethorpe and or Crescent influence your life and career?
I took Business Studies from Year 9 through to GCSE, and took Business and Economics at A-level.

After leaving Princethorpe, I embarked on a School Leaver program, working in Sales and completing a Business degree on the side. I think the lessons definitely gave me my first taste of business and the commercial world, and set me on this career path!

    What is your current occupation?
I work in the FMCG industry (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), specifically in the food sector, for a company called Manilife. I head up our grocery sales team. I work between our office in London and home in Rugby.

What hobbies or interests do you have outside of your professional life?
I'm dog-obsessed; we have a little fluffy dog called Raya, so I'm often out on long walks. I love cooking and I also love travelling.

What motivated you to join the Alumni Committee?
I loved my time at Crescent and Princethorpe and I'm so grateful for everything I benefited from in attending the schools. I'd love to play a part in helping others to love their time at school just as much!

How do you hope to contribute to the school community through the Alumni Committee?
I am hoping to help in two key areas, focusing on careers, networking and volunteering, as well as events and hospitality.
