Princethorpe Hosts Primary School Netball Tournament
Congratulations to The Croft Prep School, who were the overall winners of this year's High 5 Primary Netball tournament.
The College welcomed eight Warwickshire primary schools to Princethorpe’s High 5 Netball Tournament on Tuesday 10 March. Teams from Barford St Peter's CofE Primary, Bishops Itchington Primary, Clapham Terrace Primary, Crick Primary, Long Itchington CofE Primary, Milverton Primary School, St Lawrence CofE Primary and The Croft Prep School had the chance to test their skills against their opponents in a round-robin of matches.
The games were umpired by Princethorpe’s Sports Leaders and staff, and you could see the children’s skills developing game by game as they gained experience and took on board feedback and suggestions.
Congratulations to The Croft Prep School, who were the overall winners of the tournament. Well done also to Milverton Primary A and Clapham Terrace Primary, who came second and third.
A huge well done to all and many thanks to the College pupils and staff who organised and officiated all the games.
Our next Primary Schools sports tournament is our U10 Football Tournament, which takes place on Monday 11 May.
