Facilities

Princethorpe College and Sixth Form are located in a magnificent former Benedictine monastery set in two hundred acres of leafy Warwickshire parkland at Princethorpe, which is about seven miles from Leamington Spa, Rugby and Coventry.

In late 2007 the new £2.4 million dedicated Sixth Form Centre opened, affording Princethorpe Sixth Formers an even greater degree of independence and space in which to learn and grow.  Built around a stunning atrium, the new building provides meeting and classrooms, a lecture room, common room and a Sixth Form dining room and is linked to the main school building on two levels by a walkway.

In addition Sixth Formers benefit from the excellent facilities at Princethorpe including:

  • a superb library for study with the support of a professional librarian to help them with research.
  • ICT facilities in most teaching rooms and in two dedicated suites, the library and in individual departments.
  • and the new Sports Centre, with its Fitness Suite, floodlit all-weather pitch and extensive playing fields.
