Social and Fundraising

There is a strong social side to Sixth Form Life. The Upper Sixth Form prefects organise a range of social activities including the Snow Ball at Christmas which gives students the opportunity to dress up and let their hair down.

The Leavers’ Ball in July is a magnificent occasion, attended by staff and students and remembered by all for years to come.

Sixth Formers are also fully involved in supporting charities and raising money for a great number of causes dear to them. The now infamous ‘Pink Day’, in aid of Breast Cancer Relief, is one such event where it has become traditional for the more adventurous of the male students to don a pink frock – all in a good cause of course!
