Maria, aged 13 from Rugby, has just moved to Princethorpe, joining her older brother Liam who has been at the school for five years.

She is settling in really well and seems already quite at home, having being made very welcome by the other girls in her year.

Maria travels to and from school on the bus with her brother, and says how sociable it is, sitting with the other Year 7s and 8s.

On the lessons front she prefers science and maths to the arts, saying she is just ‘that sort of person’. She is also keen on games and PE and hopes, once she has been able to show off her skills, to get picked for the hockey and netball teams.
