Crackley Hall School’s Under 12 skiing team have come up trumps for the second year running. The four strong team comprising of Jordan Rigby(10), Sam Doherty(10), Ella Bromley(11) and Aiofe McLeod(11) won the  Under 12’s Midlands Ski Club Race held at the Ackers in Birmingham last weekend. Over 140 primary age children took part in the competition with over 40 schools represented. Each child undertook two slalom runs and the quickest times were used to work out the overall average of the team. Year 6 skier Sam Doherty also recorded the second fastest Under 12 boy’s time of the day.

A delighted Head teacher Mr Paul Ryan praised the efforts of the team and thanked the parents who give so much of their time to the development of the sport at Crackley Hall. The promising Under 10s team came fourth.
